You can upgrade your Tier by locking ILA here to get a chance to join the IDO & receive more bonus APR while staking.
Locking ILA to acquire Tiers will not offer APR like staking, it gives investors allocations. Based on your tiers, you will be eligible to receive different bonus APRs in staking pools.
